Customer service helped me with my exchange and recommended the proper size. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The exchange could have been avoided if your website recommended ordering a belt four sizes larger than waist size

Apparently I ordered the wrong size belt for my belt & holster set. Talked to a very polite and informative individual when I called in. He was able to determined what size I needed. I received the new belt in just a few days. It fit perfectly. Excellent service and exceptional product.

Honestly, it was so good. The size-chart and recommendations were extremely helpful AND I've found the quality to really be superb.

I found what I needed on their web page. That was hard to do only because there was a lot of choices, but after I decided I ordered and the package arrived that same week. The company did send me a message to confirm I received the package and thank me for my purchase. As for the product it was of good quality and with expected alterations it fit great. I have done historical reenactments for over 20 years, and this company has historically accurate clothing.
