Historical Emporium had the exact hat my son needs when his band is performing onstage. It was slightly too big but when I called in I was told t hat they would be happy to refund, replace or help by sending us some strips t hat could be put under the hat band to make the hat slightly smaller. My husband happened to have a few of these strips and when he applied them the hat fit perfectly. Thank you!!!

The Homburg I purchased is great. I had to call customer service due to it being a little too big and the person told me to use hat felt to make it to the size I needed. I tried t hat and it fits much better. I wore it to church with my dark suit and Bat Masterson walking stick and people thought it was a perfect accent item. I wanted one in gray but chose black. I will be ordering a gray fedora soon.

Long time viewer, finally first time buyer. As an international customer, I was concerned about pricing, exchange rate and duty but once delivery arrived the quality and look left no regrets.
