Real happy with the item price ok until it showed up in the sale list

This vest was my first purchase from the Historical Emporium, and I am very impressed with the quality and construction of this garment. In addition to a high quality product, the customer service is also fantastic! I highly recommend this company, and will purchase from again!

Customer service was fantastic. I used the measuring guidelines given which in no way worked. The item I received was WAY too big. Spoke to customer service about the issue and ordered a new item that fits very nice. Return of the first one was handled rapidly.

The customer service representative was knowledgeable about the situation! There was a minor delay in delivery, but it was resolved quickly! Historical Emporium was not at fault! The issue was with USPS!
