I took photographs and contacted customer service. They were fast in contacting me with the offer to ship another pair, on them. They even let me keep the first pair! The second pair came with no issues. I am very pleased!

high-quality belt.wrong size the first time around, long story why! so I recommend one size larger than your waist at the time of order. got the right size the second time around with no problems. My grandson loves it, and thinks he's clint eastwood.
