I have made multiple purchases in the past 6 weeks, every single interaction has been great. I've had to send back a couple items due to not fitting properly. I received my refund the same day item was returned. I had to make a phone cal in regards to an order, customer serve rep was a pleasure to deal with. A terrific coat. Great for winter wear. Although a 46R it needed alteration because the sleeves were too long by almost 5 inches and the button holes difficult to use at first. Ordering was easy; instructions clear and precise, delivery swift and with no damage to the coat. I'll be back as soon as i scrape up enough to buy a Callahan frock coat for the summer weather.
