Contacted the HE just to make sure I was supposed to open the vest pocket with a hem ripper, which they confirmed.

Placing the order was trouble free. Delivery time was exceptionally quick. Unfortunately the garment had a mark on it that possibly could have been caused in shipping. I requested a new garment. They asked for pictures which I then sent. They immediately sent a new garment with a shipping label to send the first one back. It was a smooth and seamless transaction. Their customer service was excellent.

The watch fobs look nice and will compliment my watch chains. Could have been larger diameter.

The cape was just as it was described. Great quality
