Over a number of years I have purchased numerous articles of clothing. As a SASS and NCOWS competative shooter it is getting to the point that I have more 1800's clothing, from Historical Emporium, than I have modern clothing. All of it is excellent quality, historically correct "cut", wears like iron, fits well, and sized as advertised. The customer service, when I have used it, was friendly and efficient. I normally place an order twice a month and the service is excellent. Only one time I had to contact customer service. My fault, ordered the wrong items. Several items in my cart, waiting for restocking.

I reached out when I submitted my order and realized I had forgotten to include an item. When I contacted Historical Emporium, they were able to include it in my order without additional shipping. Great service. When I received my order, (in two days), a couple items were too large. The return process was quick and easy. I love the products and the service.
