I normally place an order twice a month and the service is excellent. Only one time I had to contact customer service. My fault, ordered the wrong items. Several items in my cart, waiting for restocking.

The lady who answered the phone went out of her way to ensure I got perfect fit on the shirt and suggested the garters. I didn't know what I wanted in a tie and she helped me pick out a good one. Had she been standing beside me she couldn't have done better. As for the delivery time: my order was supposed to take several days, maybe a week......but it took just four days to my door. I'm not used to such short delivery times from anyone except Amazon...and I'm only three miles from one of their "hubs".

Everything arrived on time. Also, I followed the sizing guidelines and everything fit perfectly. Thanks

This was as close as I could find to the actual item I was hoping to find but it worked.

The products are always top quality. I have never been disappointed. The colors are always just as shown on website, perhaps even better in person. Shipping is awesome. My order always arrives even sooner than expected. I am extremely happy with everything I order from Historical Emporium and so is my husband.
