I head up a Dickens caroling group and have ordered many products from Historical Emporium over the past few years. I always find what I'm looking for and am continually impressed with the quality of everything I buy. Though occasionally something doesn't quite fit right, customer service is always willing to work with me and I've always come away satisfied.

I have ordered a holster/w 357 belt, a cross draw Holster and they are awesome. More than I expected. Then I ordered a 22 belt and ordered the wrong size. I followed the return procedure and could not believe how fast they sent me the correct belt. Even tho the wrong size was my fault.

I had issues with my delivery address and their customer service contacted me back almost immediately even though it was after hours listed on the site. They worked things out very quickly and efficiently. Some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. They also shipped the order fast and it arrived in great condition.

The range of products is amazing with quality the best I have ever see. I have made many purchases over the years and expect to get some more things again.
