A+ overall experience

Ordered a cowboy holster...it was 1/2 of other sites. Those other sites said they were 10 weeks out. HE shipped super quick then I decided to exchange for different size. Customer Service politely explained process and it went smoothly with almost no wait time to get new belt. Seriously the world would be a much more pleasant place if all business operated like HE.

Very happy with overall price, service and product. Follow Historical Emporium guidelines on sizing, since these pants are different than the modern equivalent. Since I ordered the wrong size, H.E. Customer service was very helpful in assisting me to resolve the issue. One week turn around time, almost across the United States.

The product I ordered happened to be the wrong color I immediately called customer service and they took care of the problem right away I mailed back my product and they replace it with the right color I want to thank CustomerService very much for taking care of it so promptly CLARENCE
