The 1st product you sent was defective, it was missing a grommet. Second one was sent prior to me returning the defective one and I received in in 3 days with a RA attached to return defective one. Everything went smooth.

I had to return a blouse that was too small. The website recommended ordering a replacement rather than doing a straight exchange, and returning the too-small blouse for a refund. This was suggested as the fastest way to get the right size blouse quickly, rather than encountering a possible processing delay with an exchange. This worked very nicely. I got my new blouse in a couple of days and my refund a day or so later.
I had dreaded the hassle of an exchange, but this method worked very smoothly. Happily, the blouse was packing in a standard USPS flat box, on a hanger, folded neatly with two pins and covered with a plastic sleeve. The blouse was ready to try on, and easy to repack neatly when it didn't fit. I don't expect to need to return any future blouses I order now that I know how the sizing runs, but it was nice to learn that returns were nothing to be dreaded.

I initially ordered a Frontier Classics black cotton duster in size large because that is my usual size. However, when I put it on, 2 men and a boy could have fit in it with me. I called Historical Emporium and spoke with Noel. He immediately shipped out another one sized Medium within and hour with a return shipping label. The Medium size I received fit perfectly and I returned the size Large using the same box with the return shipping label Historical Emporium provided. You might find it for less money someplace else but you won't find the same customer service anywhere else. I'm a satisfied customer.
