I ordered the wrong size hat. Expressed shipped it back and Julia was great help as was Noel who's suggestion worked best. US mail had the package arriving in San Jose, the 3rd. It didn't get there. Noel's suggestion he left on my voice mail to buy another and they would refund the first upon receiving it. These are real clothes, well cut, well made of high quality materials. They are a good investment for the reenactor or the person who wants to introduce the style into daily life like I have.

When I want something specific -- like a vest, hat, suspenders, etc. -- in a certain style, shape, color, I can find it here. Plus, I usually find something else that I wasn't looking for that I absolutely cannot live without. Sometimes that's a bad thing!
