I ordered the wrong size hat. Expressed shipped it back and Julia was great help as was Noel who's suggestion worked best. US mail had the package arriving in San Jose, the 3rd. It didn't get there. Noel's suggestion he left on my voice mail to buy another and they would refund the first upon receiving it. I found what I needed on their web page. That was hard to do only because there was a lot of choices, but after I decided I ordered and the package arrived that same week. The company did send me a message to confirm I received the package and thank me for my purchase. As for the product it was of good quality and with expected alterations it fit great. I have done historical reenactments for over 20 years, and this company has historically accurate clothing.
