My original shirt came with a tear. I contacted customer service, and the shirt was replaced without any issue.

I received my riding skirt and it was too large even after using the sizing guide. Customer service worked with me and I was able to return it and received a smaller size. Quality workmanship..I love it!

I wanted to know how quickly I could receive and order once I placed it. The gentleman said that the item I was interested in could arrive in about a week. I placed the order on a Monday, and I was delivered on Thursday the same week. I called again after receiving the order for some general information and the young lady on the phone was super sweet and extremely helpful. I could be happier with the entire experience. Very well satisfied with the company. This particular vest wasn't exactly what I expected because it was a stiff canvas fabric. I've had such good luck with all the other products I purchased from Historical Emporium that I didn't pay that close attention thinking it would be very much like the other vests. I'll be back as a shopper.
