They have excellent service for sure. The first watch I received did not work. I notified them & they sent out another watch asap. I was very pleased and will continue to purchase from them. They are definitely a 5 star operation.

When I ordered the shirt, I was concerned that it may not arrive in time for my family member's birthday. But, I was able to place the order, in time for the occasion, and, I did put a comment in the order form stating that I hoped it would arrive before October 8. It arrived in plenty of time. it was packaged well, and arrived in great shape. My family member was very pleased with the shirt. Great overall experience. Thank you!!!

I had to return a blouse that was too small. The website recommended ordering a replacement rather than doing a straight exchange, and returning the too-small blouse for a refund. This was suggested as the fastest way to get the right size blouse quickly, rather than encountering a possible processing delay with an exchange. This worked very nicely. I got my new blouse in a couple of days and my refund a day or so later.
I had dreaded the hassle of an exchange, but this method worked very smoothly. Happily, the blouse was packing in a standard USPS flat box, on a hanger, folded neatly with two pins and covered with a plastic sleeve. The blouse was ready to try on, and easy to repack neatly when it didn't fit. I don't expect to need to return any future blouses I order now that I know how the sizing runs, but it was nice to learn that returns were nothing to be dreaded.
