I received my riding skirt and it was too large even after using the sizing guide. Customer service worked with me and I was able to return it and received a smaller size. Quality workmanship..I love it!

Ordering was easy. I especially liked the reviews, which helped me decide as we all would like to know what we're getting . . . no surprises. I knew from the product description provided by Historical Emporium about the materials, etc.

Ordered a cowboy holster...it was 1/2 of other sites. Those other sites said they were 10 weeks out. HE shipped super quick then I decided to exchange for different size. Customer Service politely explained process and it went smoothly with almost no wait time to get new belt. Seriously the world would be a much more pleasant place if all business operated like HE.
