My boots arrived much sooner than they were supposed to. I'm glad that I only paid for standard shipping, as any upgrade would have been a waste of money. The fit was perfect, and I could not have been more pleased with the workmanship. I have ordered twice, and haven't had to return anything, so I can't speak on customer service issues, but I'm sure I will be placing another order soon.

I received my riding skirt and it was too large even after using the sizing guide. Customer service worked with me and I was able to return it and received a smaller size. Quality workmanship..I love it!

I found Historical Emporium (HE) online, and very late, for my step-daughter's wedding. Her colors were purple and gray. I was to Officiate the ceremony and I was missing that perfect piece of clothing that would pull my outfit together. I found it here. I placed an order online immediately and wrote a note explaining that her wedding was in 4 days. They shipped it immediately.
