I ordered the wrong size hat. Expressed shipped it back and Julia was great help as was Noel who's suggestion worked best. US mail had the package arriving in San Jose, the 3rd. It didn't get there. Noel's suggestion he left on my voice mail to buy another and they would refund the first upon receiving it. Very happy with overall price, service and product. Follow Historical Emporium guidelines on sizing, since these pants are different than the modern equivalent. Since I ordered the wrong size, H.E. Customer service was very helpful in assisting me to resolve the issue. One week turn around time, almost across the United States.
