Making the order was easy, I had a few questions before ordering and the operator was very helpful. Placed order and received in what I thought was no time. The coat was perfect fit, just what I wanted all at a fair price. I always try to make an impression at work and Historical Emporium always has what I want to look smart. Customer service was fantastic. I used the measuring guidelines given which in no way worked. The item I received was WAY too big. Spoke to customer service about the issue and ordered a new item that fits very nice. Return of the first one was handled rapidly.
