Whenever I have emailed to ask a question about something; I always get a reply asap, the quality of the clothes is amazing, bought a pair of cotton brushed trousers a few years back and they still looking good and still holding up! I've never once had a single issue with them aside from getting a waistcoat too big but that's because I ordered the wrong size! I ordered two shirts from Historical Emporium. Both 3X. I received them quickly. The one shirt fits perfectly while the other was extremely oversized. The neck, which was described as 18-20 inches actually measured 22 inches. I called customer service and explained the situation. I asked if an exchange for a 2X would be possible. They immediately sent the new shirt with a pre-paid shipping label for me to return the other. The customer service rep was extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this company.
