Shipping was crazy fast. Ordered on Saturday night, got it on the next Wednesday.

I REALLY appreciate the old fashioned items offered at reasonable prices. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is a little better tracking system for packages. This is not big deal overall but I like to watch for packages as I live in a rural area and if I do not know something is coming, it can sit in the mailbox or beside the mailbox for a couple of days... And nowadays, it could grow legs and walk off, if you know what I mean.

Hello; I'm a returning/repeat customer for quite sometime. That prior statement itself is a compliment. I've a full wardrobe of victorian Era attire as the particular styles and quality during that time period was so interesting and remains so today. We attend various events and festivals selling our wares much like the Simon, Pie-man. You'll generally find me around wearing some form of clothing from that period. Almost my entire wardrobe has been purchased from these people and I've never been disappointed.

I called to inform customer service that the item I ordered runs smaller than the size would indicate and she questioned me about taking measurements. I just thought it would be helpful if customers new had that information and maybe were told to order a size larger than normal. It felt like she really didn't care to hear about it.
