I have no complaints at all. Everything I have bought so far , I have had no issues.

I reached out when I submitted my order and realized I had forgotten to include an item. When I contacted Historical Emporium, they were able to include it in my order without additional shipping. Great service. When I received my order, (in two days), a couple items were too large. The return process was quick and easy. I love the products and the service.

My order came a week earlier than expected. There were no instructions with it, but customer service responded quickly.
