When I ordered the shirt, I was concerned that it may not arrive in time for my family member's birthday. But, I was able to place the order, in time for the occasion, and, I did put a comment in the order form stating that I hoped it would arrive before October 8. I did order a red Double breasted vest it says 46 but it's more like a 44. Your return policy is confusing. I put it back in the box and there it sets.
