The customer service representative was knowledgeable about the situation! There was a minor delay in delivery, but it was resolved quickly! Historical Emporium was not at fault! The issue was with USPS!

My product was actually cheaper than other comparable products, and was actually more enhanced thane I thought it would be. Very satisfied with my purchase.
