I wanted to know how quickly I could receive and order once I placed it. The gentleman said that the item I was interested in could arrive in about a week. I placed the order on a Monday, and I was delivered on Thursday the same week. I called again after receiving the order for some general information and the young lady on the phone was super sweet and extremely helpful. I could be happier with the entire experience. I called to inform customer service that the item I ordered runs smaller than the size would indicate and she questioned me about taking measurements. I just thought it would be helpful if customers new had that information and maybe were told to order a size larger than normal. It felt like she really didn't care to hear about it.
