When I called, they answered immediately and were very helpful and quick to make an exchange, and it was shipped to me in 2 days with a return label for the exchange. I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event.
