The quality of the clothes and the service is always excellent. Unfortunately, I do have to return most of what I but because my measurements are not textbook within the guidelines of the size chart. So, a garment may fit in one area but not another.

Overall, the customer service was very good, I did request a larger size, but you guys didn't have it in stock, the salesman told me on the phone that I can try the smaller one. If it doesn't fit, I could always return it. Not knowing that it would cost me another 1295 for shipping. He should've clarified that but overall I am very satisfied.

Over a number of years I have purchased numerous articles of clothing. As a SASS and NCOWS competative shooter it is getting to the point that I have more 1800's clothing, from Historical Emporium, than I have modern clothing. All of it is excellent quality, historically correct "cut", wears like iron, fits well, and sized as advertised. The customer service, when I have used it, was friendly and efficient. I called to inform customer service that the item I ordered runs smaller than the size would indicate and she questioned me about taking measurements. I just thought it would be helpful if customers new had that information and maybe were told to order a size larger than normal. It felt like she really didn't care to hear about it.
