Wonderful product & Customer Service

Since I was going to be in town it made sense to just stop in and pick up this order. I was met at the door and warmly welcomed. Nice visit.

I am a regular customer and i have built myself a small wardrobe from Historical Emporiums catalog There have been a handful of occasions where I've contacted customer service with questions about some products and received no response to my inquiries But those occasions are few and far between I'm overall satisfied with the quality of the products that I've purchased And I will definitely be shopping from their site again in the near future

I reached out when I submitted my order and realized I had forgotten to include an item. When I contacted Historical Emporium, they were able to include it in my order without additional shipping. Great service. When I received my order, (in two days), a couple items were too large. The return process was quick and easy. I love the products and the service.

You have a lot of unique items that can't be found anywhere else.

When I want something specific -- like a vest, hat, suspenders, etc. -- in a certain style, shape, color, I can find it here. Plus, I usually find something else that I wasn't looking for that I absolutely cannot live without. Sometimes that's a bad thing!
