I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. I wasn't expecting such fast service. I don't order things very often. But getting merchandise within a week +/- beats the old way. Thanks to the Internet, streaks ahead of the postal service. It might be a bit of a lark, to do it the old way just to find out if it will still take 6-8 weeks to ship. Lots of young people can't believe that is used to take that long. All in all very convenient. Very fine store with excellent customer service.
