I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. Contacted the HE just to make sure I was supposed to open the vest pocket with a hem ripper, which they confirmed.

I had the wrong color sent to me. Customer service was great! They quickly sent me the right color & even sent a return label to send the other product back.
