The customer service is what keeps bringing me back!

My boots arrived much sooner than they were supposed to. I'm glad that I only paid for standard shipping, as any upgrade would have been a waste of money. The fit was perfect, and I could not have been more pleased with the workmanship. I have ordered twice, and haven't had to return anything, so I can't speak on customer service issues, but I'm sure I will be placing another order soon.

I received my order promptly and was amazed at the quality of the garments I ordered. I can wear them "on the regular" for an entire day and they will hold up well. Better made than most in retail. Seamings, buttons, fabric, and finishes were superior quality. AND, the garments even came with hangers!

vest is excellent, fits well and is on par with most of the others across the world that I checked out before my purchase from Historical Emporium. It could be worn in the U.S. West, on horseback or in a saloon, even in the halls of Parliament, it's that good. Now have to find a suit that complements the vest!

The products I've purchased are of good quality. The biggest problem is the lack of inventory in many different items. Sold out seems to be the operative phrase on most items. I would have purchased other items, but most were sold out or of limited sizes and have been for many many months. This makes me search alternative sites for the things I need.

I was skeptical of ordering a complete suit online. However, I was extremely surprised that the entire package arrived several days earlier than expected, and everything fit perfectly. The coat, the shirt, the vest, even the trousers other than hemming the leg length) was absolutely an excellent fit, price and quality material. Thank you historical Emporium for your great service.
