Overall, i am generally very happy with the products and services from Historical Emporium. I live in the UK, so however, i would just add that once the postal shipping charges plus the customs tax charges are added, buying products from Historical Emporium can work out as a rather expensive proposition. Of course, i understand that this is no fault of your good selves, though it does very much put me off buying from you in future. IF An item is over a certain price, an exorbitant customs charge is added. Combined with the postage, it can work out to a rather hefty expense. Can't fault your wonderful products of course, but the added expense does put me off somewhat. Best Regards Jack

Easy ordering and delivery was pretty fast.

I emailed a question as to the weight of the Raven fabric and Julia? Julie? responded with a perfect explanation promptly. I ordered by phone and the young man who took my order was just as courteous and competent.

I ordered the wrong size and their customer service helped me and within a few days I received the correct size great customer service

The selection of products is fantastic so made my decision difficult, but I ended up with a gorgeous and functional gun belt. Love it!
