The 1st product you sent was defective, it was missing a grommet. Second one was sent prior to me returning the defective one and I received in in 3 days with a RA attached to return defective one. Everything went smooth.

Sizing chart for the item I purchased seems to be inaccurate resulting in the need for an exchange but wasn't significant as the young man I spoke to in customer service was a great help with this, specially since it was an international order involving tax and broker issues. Overall though it was a great shopping experience. The item I purchased is absolutely beautiful, very top quality and exactly as I hoped it to be. I would certainly purchase from Historicalemporium again and recommend them to friends.

When I ordered the shirt, I was concerned that it may not arrive in time for my family member's birthday. But, I was able to place the order, in time for the occasion, and, I did put a comment in the order form stating that I hoped it would arrive before October 8. The selection on the site is immense while most places have ONE vest, this place is a gold mine of style and quality vests, they are simply unequaled in the world. Furthermore, the delivery of the one I needed was so fast, but more impressively in a completely intact one-piece actual vest-sized, flat. It was not folded, wrinkled or otherwise marred.
