Easy to order, fast shipping, and great clothing. Who could ask for anything more?

I found what I needed on their web page. That was hard to do only because there was a lot of choices, but after I decided I ordered and the package arrived that same week. The company did send me a message to confirm I received the package and thank me for my purchase. As for the product it was of good quality and with expected alterations it fit great. I have done historical reenactments for over 20 years, and this company has historically accurate clothing.

I followed sizing guidelines, but initial product was too snug. I had to return for the next size up. Things would be better if shipping and returns were free. Products are good, but are not on the inexpensive side.

Ordered shirt and got opposing information about shipping. It was VERY upsetting. I did not want to pay almost the same for shipping as actual purchase. Finally spoke to someone who confined normal was fine. Garment came superfast but sadly did not fit. I returned for refund.

Old fashion company with old school customer service and quality. I'm 76 and online ordering is a challenge Costomer Servic made it easy and took the time to explain all steps..very refreshing. And yes I will be back! Tkx
