great service and delivery only with the watch there were no instructions to install the watch battery

I head up a Dickens caroling group and have ordered many products from Historical Emporium over the past few years. Very happy with overall price, service and product. Follow Historical Emporium guidelines on sizing, since these pants are different than the modern equivalent. Since I ordered the wrong size, H.E. Customer service was very helpful in assisting me to resolve the issue. One week turn around time, almost across the United States.

I normally place an order twice a month and the service is excellent. Only one time I had to contact customer service. My fault, ordered the wrong items. Several items in my cart, waiting for restocking.

I have ordered a holster/w 357 belt, a cross draw Holster and they are awesome. More than I expected. Then I ordered a 22 belt and ordered the wrong size. I followed the return procedure and could not believe how fast they sent me the correct belt. Even tho the wrong size was my fault.
