I reached out when I submitted my order and realized I had forgotten to include an item. When I contacted Historical Emporium, they were able to include it in my order without additional shipping. Great service. When I received my order, (in two days), a couple items were too large. The return process was quick and easy. I love the products and the service.

Sometimes it works out that I will be in close proximity to Historical emporium. When these times work out to being able to pick up an item they are very helpful at letting me pick it up instead of waiting for shipping. Everyone is very helpful.

I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. I have made several orders. Fromo Historical Emporium over the years. The products have been well made and very worth buying. I ordered a Brown canvas duster this time. It is replacing a duster I got a couple of years ago. That duster was always tight across the shoulders and arms. But was fine everywhere else. The new dustervis a size larger and fits better, somehow the world has changed and mens size 42 is no longer a medium, but a large.

Over the years, I have purchased four blouses and several skirts for my Victorian time period. I have always been very pleased with the quality and service. I have found the skirts to run a little large in the waist, but there are extra buttons to make easy adjustments. Blouses are always my perfect fit. Various jewelry purchases always get compliments. There have been occasions when I chose Historical Emporium garments because they are shipped more rapidly than competitors. My husband has a full Victorian outfit from Historical Emporium that he is proud to wear, plus two different top hats. He carried the grey one in his car to put on whenever visiting our History Center!
