Extremely responsive customer service, and turnaround time faster than what was listed on the site. What they make is very high quality, with good construction and materials, and very historically-accurate. It does not look "ready made" like a lot of other historical costumes I see.

Over a number of years I have purchased numerous articles of clothing. As a SASS and NCOWS competative shooter it is getting to the point that I have more 1800's clothing, from Historical Emporium, than I have modern clothing. All of it is excellent quality, historically correct "cut", wears like iron, fits well, and sized as advertised. The customer service, when I have used it, was friendly and efficient. Placing the order was trouble free. Delivery time was exceptionally quick. Unfortunately the garment had a mark on it that possibly could have been caused in shipping. I requested a new garment. They asked for pictures which I then sent. They immediately sent a new garment with a shipping label to send the first one back. It was a smooth and seamless transaction. Their customer service was excellent.

Usually you have excellent quality clothes & service, but a sale item I bought from you recently--which I will review--was horribly made, which made me very sad, as I'm always recommending you guys!
