I have been buying clothing from historical Emporium for many years. Ladies and Gentlemen, Historical Emporium does not make costumes. These are real clothes, well cut, well made of high quality materials. They are a good investment for the reenactor or the person who wants to introduce the style into daily life like I have.

Ordered a cowboy holster...it was 1/2 of other sites. Those other sites said they were 10 weeks out. HE shipped super quick then I decided to exchange for different size. Customer Service politely explained process and it went smoothly with almost no wait time to get new belt. Seriously the world would be a much more pleasant place if all business operated like HE.

I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. Ordered five products overall from historical emporium. Had to return one for a refund, I use the size chart provided, and product was too big. I returned it to the company and was refunded within the week. Order processing and shipping was faster than I expected. Overall a great experience.
