I've made purchases from historical emporium several times before. I live in the West U.S. (Colorado and New Mexico) and like the frontier style of your shirts. Every shirt I've purchased with this style looks excellent along with my flat-topped western hats and my cowboy boots. The complete look is true west - not "Hollywood fakey". I get compliments on what I wear almost every day - from family, friends, and - even from folks I don't know, at a store or shopping mall or gas station for example! These people offer good merchandise and great service. They will assist you with any issues that may arise and everyone knows that sometimes when ordering any kind of clothing where you can't try the items on, occasionally there's going to be size differences. I've only had a couple in my experience with these folks and they've always made it right. This kind of service has become unusual and I find it inspiring to find an outfit that adheres to satisfying their customers.

I am a first time customer of Historical Emporium and was very satisfied with their communication and speedy delivery. Cross border customs costs are very expensive if you are ordering outside of the U.S

The lady who answered the phone went out of her way to ensure I got perfect fit on the shirt and suggested the garters. I didn't know what I wanted in a tie and she helped me pick out a good one. Had she been standing beside me she couldn't have done better. As for the delivery time: my order was supposed to take several days, maybe a week......but it took just four days to my door. I'm not used to such short delivery times from anyone except Amazon...and I'm only three miles from one of their "hubs".

Fast delivery. Ordered a size to big exchange process, which was smooth and fast as well. Very pleased..
