Placing the order was trouble free. Delivery time was exceptionally quick. Unfortunately the garment had a mark on it that possibly could have been caused in shipping. I requested a new garment. They asked for pictures which I then sent. They immediately sent a new garment with a shipping label to send the first one back. It was a smooth and seamless transaction. Their customer service was excellent.

Great products and service!

The order came much quicker than I had anticipated. Both vests fit beautifully. I got compliments on the Klondike vest. I have not yet worn the black Cherry fountaine vest. The only recommendation I would have would be to carry some items, such as coats and shirts, in a short size.

They have excellent service for sure. The first watch I received did not work. I notified them & they sent out another watch asap. I was very pleased and will continue to purchase from them. They are definitely a 5 star operation. sincerely, Gary Erickson

The gunbelt was a little too large. Be careful measuring, go pants size then up to 4 inches bigger. But they refunded the money and I bought a smaller size. Customer service was great! Product was great!!! Shipping was good. I will definitely order from them again. Already have items in my cart, lol.

I wasn't expecting such fast service. I don't order things very often. But getting merchandise within a week +/- beats the old way. Thanks to the Internet, streaks ahead of the postal service. It might be a bit of a lark, to do it the old way just to find out if it will still take 6-8 weeks to ship. Lots of young people can't believe that is used to take that long. All in all very convenient. Very fine store with excellent customer service.
