I reached out when I submitted my order and realized I had forgotten to include an item. When I contacted Historical Emporium, they were able to include it in my order without additional shipping. Great service. When I received my order, (in two days), a couple items were too large. The return process was quick and easy. I love the products and the service.

This was a anniversary gift for Ted and I didn't come up with an idea until one week before our anniversary - it arrived just in time and he loved it . I ordered a shirt for Christmas last year and it is well made. Thank you very much for good products and good customer service.

The customer service folks were quite helpful as I called and chatted with them a few times with different questions. The checked on colors and confirmed measurements and more :-)

Great store for good old fashioned Quality. With lots of wood, leather , silk, versus plastic, vinyl and Made in China. For example I bought silk suspenders which are usually made out of stretchy polyester. Where else would have that. In addition the suspenders had genuine leather button anchors. They cost more but I am willing to pay for the quality.
