Fast shipping and super nice people

I REALLY appreciate the old fashioned items offered at reasonable prices. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is a little better tracking system for packages. This is not big deal overall but I like to watch for packages as I live in a rural area and if I do not know something is coming, it can sit in the mailbox or beside the mailbox for a couple of days... And nowadays, it could grow legs and walk off, if you know what I mean.

Noel was my customers representative. My belt was to big and he sent a replacement out to me after our conversation. I am happy with my purchase and dealing with my representative (Noel).

The lady who answered the phone went out of her way to ensure I got perfect fit on the shirt and suggested the garters. I didn't know what I wanted in a tie and she helped me pick out a good one. Had she been standing beside me she couldn't have done better. As for the delivery time: my order was supposed to take several days, maybe a week......but it took just four days to my door. I'm not used to such short delivery times from anyone except Amazon...and I'm only three miles from one of their "hubs".

I normally place an order twice a month and the service is excellent. Only one time I had to contact customer service. My fault, ordered the wrong items. Several items in my cart, waiting for restocking.
