I called to inform customer service that the item I ordered runs smaller than the size would indicate and she questioned me about taking measurements. I just thought it would be helpful if customers new had that information and maybe were told to order a size larger than normal. It felt like she really didn't care to hear about it.

I am very pleased with the products I received. Shipping was fast, and the items were exactly as described. I appreciate that they offer big and tall sizes, as these are very difficult to find, especially well-made garments such as these.
