Your clothing merchandise is very good quality . It is well made , from good quality materials . Everything I have got , while not cheap , is priced fairly and a good value for the money . The clothes fit , and look great , which is not something I have been able to find for a long time . I had one item I returned ( a pair of Trousers I ordered , which I ordered to big to make sure exactly what size I needed ) . Your customer service people handled the return and the replacement promptly , professionally , and courteously . The only other issue I had was with a pull-up strap on a pair of high topped riding boots that fails the first time I tried to put them on . I called your customer service , talked to them , sent a few pictures to them , and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction by the next day !There is no business that doesn't have a problem from time to time , what matters is how the problems are handled . The way your business handled them in my experience , is fair , prompt , and professional . You can't ask for more ! Your company is very easy to do business with , and is obviously well run and staffed by good people . I liked the first holster so much that I bought a double one. It actually fit my twin 8 3/8 inch Taurus Model 44s in 44 Magnum and it fits my 1858 even better. Shipping was super fast. I initially ordered a Frontier Classics black cotton duster in size large because that is my usual size. However, when I put it on, 2 men and a boy could have fit in it with me. I called Historical Emporium and spoke with Noel. He immediately shipped out another one sized Medium within and hour with a return shipping label. The Medium size I received fit perfectly and I returned the size Large using the same box with the return shipping label Historical Emporium provided. You might find it for less money someplace else but you won't find the same customer service anywhere else. I'm a satisfied customer.
