I ordered the wrong size. I returned and got a replacement in good time.

I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase. Thanks for your services.

I have purchased 2 dusters and a vest from this company and have not been disappointed. All have been well made and I use them for outside work. The shipping has always came ahead of what has been predicted. I will purchase more from here when the need arises!
