Needed replacement for coat that size ran smaller than expected, had no problem, received replacement/exchange within 2 weeks,

I ordered the Sand Mountain Brushed Cotton vest in tan. Shipment arrived very quickly and was exactly as ordered. I ordered a medium (am 5'8' 168 lbs.) based on the sizing guide and it fits perfectly. Have already worn it repeatedly and am 100% satisfied. This was my second order form Historical Emporium. Will be back for future orders.

I was more than satisfied with the customer support I received. There was a defect in one of the products I received. I contacted support with an explaination of w hat was wrong. They asked for a couple pictures and upon receiving them, shipped out a replacement product immediately. I could not have asked for a better experience. I do not speak highly of very many customer support experiences, but this was above and beyond my expectations.

A great experience! I had questions before purchasing my leather belt and holster. All my questions answered and told if the product was not for me to return it within 30days for a return or exchange. Well, in fact the belt was too large. I just followed the exchange instructions without calling and within a week my new holster and belt arrived. A quality product and good shopping experience. I'll be back. THANKS!
