Over a number of years I have purchased numerous articles of clothing. As a SASS and NCOWS competative shooter it is getting to the point that I have more 1800's clothing, from Historical Emporium, than I have modern clothing. All of it is excellent quality, historically correct "cut", wears like iron, fits well, and sized as advertised. The customer service, when I have used it, was friendly and efficient. I had the wrong color sent to me. Customer service was great! They quickly sent me the right color & even sent a return label to send the other product back.

The products I purchased are made like the clothes I buy to wear on a daily basis, not like the costumes my mom made for school plays.

My green Vaughan waistcoat was a little snug, returned for next size. Return instructions were clear and easy to follow. Although I am on the opposite side of the U.S., received my replacement one week from when I started the process. Exceptional service.
