After resolving an issue with a shipping address different from my billing address, I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the customer service representative with whom I spoke.

There was a problem with the gift card I had received. However it was quickly resolved by phone contact with an actual human, not AI.

Great mustache! It looks so campy; it reflects my eccentric personality :-) I would like to purchase a duplicate, but in a white/silver shade. You guys seem like a lot of fun
