I am pleased that I have found an establishment that has historic clothing for "grown-up folks", meaning larger sizes. The vest is comfortable roomy and fits well. Upon detailed inspection I find no faults. I am well pleased. I will order again and I recommend this establishment to anyone interested in historic clothing, particularly fellow "Cowboy Action Shooters".

Love this vest. My daughter's groom and groomsmen are wearing this and the matching field trousers in her wedding. They look so nice! The quality is fabulous. I would say it's pretty much true to size, if anything it is on the bigger size.

Was worried that the the 7 vest I ordered would turn up and either be the wrong size or not be good quality,but they are very very good quality , if you follow the size chart properly then you will receive the correct size, this was the extra one we had to order, as one of the groomsmen measured himself incorrectly. This vest is the perfect match for our wedding , it gives off that old western style without looking like a costume, this vest especially feels like carrhart fabric so it can easily be worn after the wedding you can dress it up or down, so to me thats really good although the price of the vest was very reasonable I'm pretty sure we would have spent more on rentals. Thank you so much for giving me my products on time , for providing a true fitting guide and for the great quality products.

As always, the quality fit and finish of your product is beyond reproach. The color is true to the photo, and the canvas is heavy duty and appears to be long lasting. Love the rivet buttons as well!

All I can say is that Historical Emporium has the best customer service of any online company that I have delt with. Even when I had a problem they promptly resolved the issue and were very professional. I have nothing but praise for this retailer. I wear this and two other colors of the same vest to work every day over an oxford shirt. It holds my keys, cell phone and a handkerchief. Comfortable, of substantial material, and with classy and sturdy buttons. Well worth the price. Look forward to many years out of these vests.

The Walnut waistcoat is exactly as advertized and I am very pleased with the purchase. I continue to be highly satisfied with all products I have purchased to date. This waistcoat did arrive damaged, not in shipment but in manufacturing. The belt keeper on the back was bent and broken. Accordingly, only 4 stars on the Quality Control. However, a simply "Fix" took care of the issue and it is good as knew.

Very well made. Tough substantial canvas. Sharp looking and crisp with khakis and a tie, or with your favorite jeans and boots. Yes, I'd recommend - excellent value!
