Suffering through the afternoon Ladies Guild Meeting, she counted the hours until the clandestine night of card playing arrived. She knew our Black Swirl Skirt would keep her fashionably feminine and completely unflappable until either her opponents were bereft of funds or the sun lightened the sky.

Made from 100% rayon with the "refined-rumpled" look we adore, this women’s skirt falls well below the knee and twirls with curvy feminine flair thanks to shapely panel insets and beautiful tone-on-tone embroidery. An adjustable elastic waist with cinch tie adjusts to accommodate most every figure.

Imported, 100% rayon. Unlined but not at all sheerOne size, fits 26"-40" waist. Skirt is approximately 35 inches long. Recommend hand wash in cold water and line dry. Available in several colors.

Very nice, swirly, nice detailing. A little snug for plus size, but not bothersome enough to not want it.

The material was thinner than I'd hoped but for the price it's a decent skirt and worked with my costume. The elastic easily fit me and I'm a bigger person.

I am very happy with this skirt. It arrived earlier than anticipated even though I did not pay for expedited shipping. The adjustable waist fits perfectly and is comfortable. I am a petite and the length hits just below ankle with 1 1/2 -2 inch heels. The embroidery on the black is really pretty. The quality of the material is much nicer than you would expect at this price.
