So very shapely, to say the least, our 19th century-inspired Vivien Skirt in black will render any man speechless in your presence. Ahh, but you don’t have to be telepathic to understand his intentions!
Fashioned with a slim mermaid silhouette, this high-waisted skirt features beautiful asymmetrical accents. Laced with black ribbon from the waist down to above the knee, the remainder of the skirt flairs out with a cascading set of ruffles. The cinching is mainly for show, the skirt actually fastens on one side with a zipper. Skirt measures approximately 45 inches in length.
Made from a blend of 80% polyester, 16% rayon and 4% spandex. Lined with 100% polyester taffeta. Machine wash gentle, line dry. Imported. Available in sizes S - 3X and in plus size 18 - 28.
