We dare say you’ll feel dashing in this black two-piece cutaway suit. A twinge of upper-crust affectation may inexplicably overtake you, making you the fanciest gent at the party.
Also known as a Morning Suit, this style is often worn in the UK to daytime events. In fact many of this style could be seen at the Royal Wedding of William and Kate. This two-piece suit features a coat with one exterior breast pocket and a single button fastening the front. The back has a split tail and two decorative buttons at the waist (once used to pull up the tail tips). Interior of coat is fully lined in satin-finish polyester. Coat available in 36 - 54L.
The matching trousers have a modern waistline, and are styled with a flat front with zip fly and interior suspender buttons. Two back pockets and two front pockets offer plenty of room to carry small items. These pants are partially lined and arrive un-hemmed with a 36-inch inseam. Pants are sized 6” smaller than coat size: 28-50
Coat and matching trousers made a good quality blend of 65% polyester and 35% viscose with a soft hand and gentle drape. Imported. Dry clean only.

Coat: Coats are made with typical American sizing, meaning your chest measurement (in inches) is the size you should choose.
To measure your chest: Raise your arms slightly and measure just under your arms. Be sure to cross over the shoulder blades and the fullest part of the chest. If your belly measures larger than your chest, use your belly measurement for coat size. Longs: If indicated in the selection list (e.g. 46L,) long sizes may also be available. Longs are approximately 2" longer in the back and sleeves. |
Matching pants:Pants have a modern waistband, and are sized with waists 6” smaller than the coat size; for example, a 40 regular coat comes with a pair of 34 waist pants. Pants are unhemmed with 36" inseams - you will need to have them hemmed locally to your length. |
